Hydrangea has become a regular roaster in the Roastful subscription, and for good reason. This roaster has gone from small and obscure with a cult following to well known but still well respected in the home brewer community- a real feat to accomplish.

While Poem is a bit newer in the roasting scene- this company has its roots deep in Pennsylvania coffee culture. Formerly apart of other coffee companies in Pennsylvania, the team at Poem are no rookies when it comes to roasting- and their mature, consistent and balanced roast profiles show it.

Brew temp: 200
Grind size: relatively normal grind size for pour overs
Brew ratio: 1:16
Promethium is getting their first feature in the box, coming straight from Raleigh! This Geisha is really roasted well in our opinion- we love how delicate it is and how the fruit from the green really shines through in the cup.
