We have a lot of love for the HEX guys. They’re our home town roaster and we’ve featured them probably more than any other roaster. Tanner (one of the owners of HEX) really loves this coffee, and so we wanted to pop it into a Roastful box to share with all of you! He describes it as a “cup of flowers”, and we tend to think it has a really nice juicy character to it.

Ethiopia Mullugeta Muntasha Sidama Arbegona Natural

One of the most popular roasters amongst home enthusiasts these days due to their having a diverse portfolio, ultra light profiles, and expert execution! This coffee we selected is a very clean tasting natural processed coffee- when we had first cupped it we thought it tasted a bit more floral than dense and fruity. We hope you enjoy!

We got to visit Pack for the first time at one of Newberry’s pop ups in Boston back last fall and talk about great coffee and great hospitality! Given we’ve known about Newberry for quite some time this one was a bit long overdue. This was the first time we released a co-ferment and it’s only because we just simply didn’t think it tastes like one- it’s super clean and really well roasted!
